How to find best place to meditate?


It is really important for you to find the best place for meditation. Because mind also need certain area to adjust in.

And, to find the best place to meditate, reading till the end can change your life.

This post will be guiding you with the best place to meditate to achieve a higher level of existence in your mind.

There are few things that you need to observe through which you can find a best and favourable place to meditate and to relax your mind.


So here that are:

1. Comfortability with yourself

You need to know that where you feel the most comfortable. It either can be in room, nature or even in washroom.

I am not insisting you to meditate in washroom though. My point of view is that, just be comfortable anywhere you feel at any place.



Meditation in nature is complied with distraction which should be boycotted.

So, room becomes the certain place for  most of the people to meditate and feel comfortable with themselves. Even I feel comfortable in my own room.


2. Less Distraction

Simply, distraction is the cause of lack in concentration. When you can't concentrate that means, either some thought is going in your mind or because of outer distraction.

To find the solution to remove the thoughts going on in mind while meditating can be found within yourself. ''The Breath." 

Your breath is such a thing which when focused on will just change your whole life. You will feel so calm with the breath going out and in if you just feel it.




And, to cure the outer distraction, find the best timing and place in the day to meditate in which distractions are minimal or negligible.

That is possible in a 'room' and the time can be your preference.


3. No Complications 

Meditation is a simple process with hard beginning but it leaves you with a peace in mind at the end.

It took me more than 3 months to know how to meditate. And, it was somehow hard for me to concentrate.




What I realised is that, the things which were coming in my mind as thoughts while I meditate were the thoughts with which I feed my mind.

And, at that point I thought to feed my find with good things to get good thoughts.

So, the point which I want to make here is that, don't fall into the crap of complications. Just listen to yourself about what your need is and where you are lacking.




And, develop your mind to get peace and happiness.

4. Only you and your mind

While meditating the thing required is only you and your mind.

NOTHING ELSE!

No tone or instructions are required at all. Just you and your mind play the role complied with the breath.

Just keep focusing in your breath and see how it relax you and your mind.






So, to cover up, just keep in mind about:
1. Comfortability with yourself
2. Less distractions
3. No complications
4. Only you and your mind

Do experience and feel these points to know that which place best suits you to meditate.

Start with only 5-10 minutes at least for 14 or 21 days to let the habit install into your system.

You'll experience a chance and calmness in your inner soul and your behaviour.

4 trigger tactics to keep your mind calm

Rich people are always calm with there decisions or any other circumstance which they need to overcome while ordinary people see these kind of situations as a big trouble.

So, we will be talking about the 4 easy ways with which you can easily make your mind calm and sharp. 

Before beginning, have you ever wondered that what are the basic things that are left behind making us more rash with our decisions?
Why our decisions are not helpful to our self's sometime? Why we take such decisions to which the end result is regret?

Ask yourself these questions and by doing so most of you will find it as lack of calmness in the decision making. And, eventually it is the perfect answer. 

Some tips to add more calmness to your mind are:

-WAY OF WORKING

   Way to work is the most significant point which rich people do take in consideration all the time. This is beacause it matters the most. How would you start your work? What are important phone calls to be taken this day? How much will be the rest interval between the work?


These are the things which we often don't feel like asking beacause one things that we have a good capability to work for longer duration so I dont't need any rest. It is amazing if you have good working capability but remember the power which you will put in a single sitting will not actually be left for the other planned sitting in a day.

Meaning, if you are working for 180 minutes continuously, the power, the effort you'll be putting in first 180 minutes will not be left for the other working hours. Even if the power is left you cannot work with that much concenteration though, without rest.

What can we do is, if you loaded with work full of assignments, the files to be completed you can  easily cut the work into a 90 minutes section each. 

90 minutes work, 10 minutes rest. 90 minutes work, 10 minute rest.
And so on.
It will help to keep your energy and power in a constant mode on which you can easily rely to the work to be completed happily.

According to the study in California, the people who take frequent rest interval have more capability to resist till the end of the day completing there work in a happy and easy manner.

And, this is what draws a line between rich and calm people versus poor and busy people.

-TIME SCHEDULE

  Billionaires often have there schedule for the respective day which makes them easy to see that what is to be done and when it is to be done.

The mystery behind scheduling time is that, if time is scheduled it does not lead to any hectic work in a day. everything is smooth and on the track and if everything is smooth then calmness will obviously follow you.

Obviously, everytime you'll not have the oppurtunity to follow your schedule, provided the world is full of uncertanities. But then also I have a solution for you.

If such a problem comes to disturb your schedule, fit the problem in the schedule somewhere, alloting it a specific time to be handeled  to find the proper solution of that particular problem.

Or you can see it other way round as asking yourself a question that,
             "Is there any easy way to solve the problem?"

And you'll definately come up with a solution because questionning yourself is the best practise which easily makes us think towards the problem to finally find the solution which rich people often practise.

-READING

  What? Reading makes rich people calm? Yes, it do. 

According to phsychology, if brain is diverted towards some other thing which is not related to the work being done continously, often makes a person feel relaxed and calm.

So, what are you waiting for?

Many of you will say we don't have time to read. We have no interest and all that. I think then you are not making enough effort to even try. This is where poor are left behind because this an information age. Knowlege is wealth only if you read, learn and apply.

Billionaires are curious to learn new things because they keep there mind open for the information to come in. They don't know that even a small piece of information can make them earn endless amount of money.

For instance, in the Rich And Poor Dad, Robert Kyosaki was just travelling to some place with his friend and while having a conversation his friend told him that some petrol pump's value of share was going to fall. He didn't reply anything just went home and called his broker to buy few shares and earned a huge amount of profit.

What do we learn? Open mind to the information to come through.

This is what is same as reading. In reading self-development books or businees books you find there is so much stuff that you can read, learn and apply to enrich your lifestyle with knowledge and the only thing to do is take up a step to pick a book and read it in the period in which you want to rest that turns your mind in different direction to make you feel calm and relax.

-MEDITATE

  Meditation is seriously worth trying. Yes, it is difficult in the beginning as everything else is but it really brings serenity in mind.

Remember,

"Everything is hard in the beginning, messy in the middle and wonderful at the end."

Just bear the hard and messy part to find your way to amazing end.

Everyone tells to meditate but no one tells how to perform it. Well, that's why I am here to help you out.

* Just sit in the relaxed position as you feel confortable and put your complete focus on your mind. I mean "complete focus on mind."

* Take 10-12 deep breaths focusing on them. 

* After that say in mind that god is cleaning my mind full of resentment, worry and stress. Say it 5 times.

* Now, god have cleaned my mind full of resentment, worry, and stress. Feel it. Feel your mind empty. Say it 5 times.

* Then, god is filling my mind with happiness, love and calmness.
Say it 5 times.


 After taking few deep breaths open your eyes and see how good and light you will feel within just 5-10 minutes procedure.

You can follow some other method too, but, I found it amazing and wanted to share with you. Or, even some playstore applications are available, like, Headspace which guide you side by side to perform mediatation. If you find them helpful practise that too.

Coming on to the point, meditation will really improve your decision-making, remembering power and you will feel as light as feathers in the sky.






This is the secret of calmness which brings properity, higher productivity and calmness in the rich people.
